Salads and picnics!!!! If only!!! Here it has been below zero all day and has now started to snow again. In the north of England there is two feet of snow and in parts of Sctoland it is forecast to be -20 degrees C tonight!!!!! Tomorrow I'm getting the slow cooker out and doing lots of casseroles to put in the freezer.
