On the way to school today Daniel said to me "Another big day!"
When we got to school Daniel got out his writing book as they have to and I was very pleased to see he had started this "story" sentence yesterday by himself with the word I. I congratulated him and he told me it was easy :)
We went into the book nook in his classroom and shared a story book :)
Daniel was clingy yesterday morning when it came time for us to leave him for the day. This morning he said goodbye really well which made me feel good and smile.

It sounds like he's getting settled in quickly to this new routine. I know that makes it easier for you.
Excellent that he said good bye with no fuss today. Having been at Kindy will have given him confidence. I lke the waythey et you go together to the book nook. It all helps make the parting easier.
