Fit Mummy Challenge - First check in end of 1st week

This week I achieved my goal almost of walking at least 30 minutes a day (Sunday I almost got there). It wasnt too hard as I have sciatica and walking eased the constant pain naturally :)

day 1 monday 25th October 3 hours

day 2 tuesday 26th October 35 mins

day 3 wednesday 27th October 35 mins

day 4 thursday 28th October 30 mins

day 5 friday 25th October 3 hours 15 mins

day 6 saturday 26th October 37 mins

day 7 sunday 27th October 25 mins

Well done, Jen! I heard from my friends with back problems and they, too, told me that walking or standing actually helps them ease the pain. Go, Jen!
