This week I achieved my goal almost of walking at least 30 minutes a day (Sunday I almost got there). It wasnt too hard as I have sciatica and walking eased the constant pain naturally :)

Well done, Jen! I heard from my friends with back problems and they, too, told me that walking or standing actually helps them ease the pain. Go, Jen!
