Ive always been into recycling

I see this as just another way of doing that

If they work as well as they should do will be great next winter

Im making 5 bricks a week

a friend is going to get me some more buckets

so I can make more each week

Had a busy day today

I taught Sunday school, grabbed a quick bite of lunch then I went to the hospital as 2 of my friends a hubby and his wife have been admitted

the wife has an infection which has made her cheek swell up

they are going to take a tooth out tomorrow (Im praying for her)

the hubby (who I adopted as my "dad" a long time ago had a suspected heart attack last night

he was given a stress test while I was there and discharged :)

Had a quick nana nap

then went back to church for the last of the Love and Respect session

we had a pot luck dinner and then watched the last dvd

I paid for B15 to hire this for a week as he has worked hard this week with home schooling :)

These feet of mine walked 4 1/2 kms today and they are now feeling it

Half of the walking was up hill

This morning B15 and I went to the Science Roadshow down at the local intermediate

The morning rushed past and we would have been happier spending longer there

Before and afterwards the people hosting the science show put on 2 mini lessons

we were just looking at different types of real life hearts of people and animals when they called us back for the last lesson

thanks to my sis for telling me when her boys went where they live

Had a quiet lazy day today

D4 was looking in his chest of drawers at what to wear and he came out with this on

I had already had a bath run for him so I suggested he go and have a play and a bath

I have D4 one weekend out of 4 and when I have him I like to go and do something special

This afternoon we went swimming

and D4 when using a board can really get around in the water

kicking and pushing himself through the water

Think D4 has had a grow spurt and so went to the local opshop and got him some new pants

One of the boys at kindy is wearing shorts but I think its a bit earlier for shorts yet

so for $Nz11 3 nice pair of pants for my boy :)

Actually I have more than 1 photo today

D4, his dad and I went on a kindy trip

I didnt know D4s dad was coming until I got to kindy and so I asked Daniel whether he wanted to go on the trip just with his dad and therefore let me go back and teach B15

He wanted both of us with him so I stayed

We went to one of the best parks in Napier and then to the fire station

B15 was given some money from his granddad for the game

B15 and I chose an educational one

there was a little money left over so I contributed a bit more and brought him some new sneakers he needed them

He now has as big as my father has!!!!

Tonight we went to BREAKERS

for B14s 15 birthday :)

B15 and I had nachos

D4 had hot dog and chips

we all had deserts afterwards

This morning I went to church

We were treated to a choir from a church in Havelock North

They sang beautifully

I taught the children about Isaiah

as well as the usual questions from our curriculum about this book of the bible

we also made bookmarks

the kids like doing arty things

Then we had lunch at church

which was very yummy

I was on the team helping with the lunch so I washed the dishes

this afternoon had a nana nap

tonight going back to church for another session of the Love and Respect Seminar

I woke up this morning thinking it was 615 am it in fact was 545am

B14 woke up too so we went and did his paper run

When we got back I had breakfast and then picked up my catalogues

there was a forecast of RAIN

after Id done that

I relaxed on our window seat for a while

Meg asked the other day if my catalogues were heavy

well they are about 100 pages per catalogue

However I have my trusty $NZ8 2nd hand mountain buggy

which goes and goes and goes

and makes my job much easier

Tonight my little scientist was putting left overs of his yoghurt into a bottle of water

He said "come on do something"

he gently swirled the water around

eventually it turned the water white

This morning I home schooled

this after the 3 of us delivered my catalogues in the sun

my youngest only has a half day at kindy on a Wednesday

my older son knows if he helps me I help him

Amongest home schooling, delivering a product to a customer and taking my youngest to kindy and home again I went to the bank to pay my internet account

Had a productive day today :)

Picked up some more of my catalogues

and cleaned the house

I quite like my older sons idea of home schooling Tuesday to Saturday and having Sunday and Monday as our weekend

my camera still isnt cooperating so todays photo is taken with the webcam of my lovely clean lounge/dining room

he wont get any choice about Tuesday

he never wants to school

however on a Tuesday I have taken the youngest to Kindy and set up play group so Im up and running so I can crack the whip better
