Im making 5 bricks a week
a friend is going to get me some more buckets

Ah! Are these newspaper bricks for the fire? Back home we had coal fires. In the coal house there was always a lot of what we called "slack" ie tiny bits of coal with coal dust which fell to the bottom of the heap. If just shovelled up and thrown on the middle of the fire it could actually quench the fire and put it out altogether. However, Mum used to shovel up the slack and put it into cereal boxes with a LITTLE water poured in along with it. This tended to bind the slack together into a fire brick which, in the evening, could be placed towards the BACK of the fire where it would burn slowly and give heat for a long time.
