These feet of mine walked 4 1/2 kms today and they are now feeling it
Half of the walking was up hill

You poor thing. On Friday I am bagging up church newsletters so that they can be collected on Sunday morning by the deliverers. I shall bring those for my four roads back tomorrow and make a start at delivering. By the time I have finished I shall probably have walked the same amount - it is not just the distance along the streets but also up and down the drives. Like you, my arthritic left foot will certainly know about it LOL!!!!
