Last year B14 and I went to The Festival (an arts extravaganza) which was held at a venue about an hour out of Napier, One of the rooms showcased some art that kindy children (4 year olds) had made. This inspired me to make my own. I must confess mine arent as good as these clever childrens ones were. Theirs had heels built in to their shoes. I have no idea how they did that.

Mmmm! Don't put yourself down, Jen. As a former teacher, I wonder if the shoes made by those "clever" four year olds were all their own work, especially the heels!!! After all, if the stuff made by the kids in your class is going on public display you want it to look good, don't you? It reflects well on you! I suspect more than a little elp was given.
What materials did you use for your shoes - one of the sandals in particular (the pink one) was really pretty?
