A New Challenge

Ive been thinking recently how my work has began to really get me out there walking 2 days a week
I wanta do something about this
I lack motivation

then this afternoon I found this challenge
Im in :)

its run over at Got Chai
starts tomorrow til the end of the year :)

My goal is to walk for at least 30 minutes a day

Ill be checking in once a week to let you know how Im getting on

All the best, Jen! This is a great challenge that you're doing.

I walk almost every day for about an hour to get home from my office. Feels great after that!

Good for you x Walking is supposed to be one of the best forms of exercise - I read somewhere that ideally we should walk 10,000 steps in a day for optimum fitness! I'd love to wear a pedometer for a day and see how many steps I notch up chasing around after the children :)

I do walk quite a lot as I don't drive a car. However, I don't walk as much as I used to do. SO, you have given me an incentive to walk more. I am going to start walking an extra 30 minutes for pleasure in addition to what I would do normally in the course of shopping etc.
